My primary passion in my work is writing accessible content that inspires people to act.

• Bazaarvoice Vibe documentation: I worked alongside another writer to create completely new knowledge base content for this product. From getting started to actively creating campaigns, this documentation is a comprehensive guide to using Vibe. It required months of preparation involving stakeholders from all across the company. The skills I used in this project were content strategy, technical writing, communication, and project management. Explore and read through it on the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base.
• Bazaarvoice Vibe microcopy: As part of the Vibe launch, I wrote a large amount of microcopy (UX content) for the product. I was able to help shape the voice of Vibe and create an accessible experience that helped users complete their tasks faster.
• Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base 2.0 research: The Technical Communication team at Bazaarvoice launched a new knowledge base in 2024 using a content management system named ClickHelp. As part of this project, I independently ran a research project to test the new knowledge base and its features.
