I’m a writer with experience in technical writing, user experience writing, content strategy, and user research. I have a degree in Professional and Technical Communication and I’m currently working as a Technical Writer at Branch, where I maintain the Branch Help Center and build the systems behind it. My primary passion in my work is building systems that keep documentation accurate and accessible.

• Branch Help Center platform: I’m building a new platform for the Branch Help Center with one other writer and migrating hundreds of articles to it. This is my third documentation platform migration.
• Branch Help Center information architecture: I rebuilt the help center’s information architecture. I deprecated stale content and reorganized the rest so readers can find what they need. I also run a quarterly review that measures how well the help center performs.
• Memorycard: Outside of work, I built Memorycard, a social video game tracker. You can track your games, write reviews, build lists, and see what your friends are playing. Find it at memorycard.gg.
• Bazaarvoice Vibe documentation: I worked alongside another writer to create completely new knowledge base content for this product’s launch. It required months of preparation involving stakeholders from all across the company. Explore and read through it on the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base.
